    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Is that the complete error log? Please ask your hosting provider to increase the “max_allowed_packet” value to at least 32M if possible.

    // https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/packet-too-large.html

Is the site on a shared hosting?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Which demo are you trying to import? You may need to reset the database and import the demo manually.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

i understand that the images , design i can re-upload . but this is making me , or i would say most of your customer wonder ,if your theme is SAFE to continue ? , seriously , if anything happen in future then all our time wasted . Please look into this matter seriously , all your answer are just official and i didn’t feel any responsibility on helping .

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

We need access to the file server so that we can upload the demo images. Please provide the FTP login info in the private field. We’ll upload the demo manually.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

hello , here you go ,
currently i had install the “shop demo” , structure is there , but images are missing , it also make me confuse is there anything else missing , and feel unsafe for the theme to continue , your help to make it complete is highly appreciated . thanks !

    Hi,

That takes me to a blank directory. Please configure the FTP details correctly. We need access to the “wp-content” folder.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Please try again , it point to the root now . thanks

    Hi,

I tried to upload the demo manually using the xml file but the image import always fail. Are you planning to retain the demo images? The demo structure is already there, so you can change the images manually.

If you can give us access to the database or your cpanel, we’ll try to upload the data there directly.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Hello Ismael , thats the point , it always fail . By using Enfold it fails .
yes i can change it manually , but are you not getting it ? or simply not paying attention ?
how many user had been complaining about the new version demo import problem ? it is frustrating and lead us to think that your template is NOT SAFE to use . i had upgraded to all the requirement needed , time wasted money wasted , and you tested yourself xml import is fail . So is your team willing to find out the problem ? or does not care about it , it is not your business anyway ? tell me .

and you had been asked for ftp access , i given you the root access , you said you will upload the images , but now only you are testing the xml import , why you didn’t test it before i give you the ftp ? I given you the wordpress login on my EVERY REPLY , come on .

    Hi,

Hello Ismael , thats the point , it always fail . By using Enfold it fails .

Yes, I know the issue and I understand your frustration. I also uploaded the images but they’re not getting recognized in your installation. You can check your wp-content > uploads folder and you should see the demo images there. Unfortunately, this is not an issue with the theme rather an issue with the server where the files are fetched and the server where it has to be transferred, so we can’t do anything about it aside from helping you upload the demo data directly in your database. In order to do that, we have to access to your cPanel or MySQL panel. The site or the theme will work as it is without any problem. It’s just the demo that is not uploading properly.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

alright man , i think just stop the support , i will update the image individually . Since you are saying everything is fine on the theme . I will look for you in the future if there is any more issue .
    thanks
