Is there a definitive way to resolve the disappearing Avia framework when I apply the latest updates? I have buried my head over the issue for the Holidays…but it needs dealing with now.

RikardYes….there are quite a few posts about the same issue on here already, but i cant find a definitive successful resolution. I upgrade to WP 4.7 and all is well, but the moment I install Enfold 3.8.4 then I loose all the editing facilities in the Avia Layout Builder. However, the site is not affected. The “Home” page shows this perfectly.

Thanks for the details, I was able to get in now. It looks like the builder is not loading at all and you are getting 500 internal server errors on some crucial files, please see private for more info. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If that doesn’t help then please try contacting your hosting provider to see if they know why the server is throwing errors on the files in private.

RikardSorry, my error it was a plugin issue for Deposits and Down Payments. I thought I’d checked this, but obviously not. Thanks for your assistance.
