    Hi,

    I am having issue with Avial Visual editor.
    The visual editor is blank.

    I am running wp 3.9 and Envold 2.3.1.
    Cannot update to 2.3.1 due to some customization on some of the page.
    I’ve tried some of the solution on the support sections, disabled plugin and etc.
    However the issue still there.

    Could you please help.

    Hi AARCS!

    You will need to update Enfold to the latest version. What specific customizations are preventing you from updating? We might be able to offer some suggestions.

    It would be best to update WordPress to the latest version as well.

    Where can I get the latest update?
    I cannot update it directly from the site.

    I need to find out what customization has been done by the previous admin.

    Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I’m sorry but we won’t be able to help you trace back the modifications made on the theme by the previous administrator.
