Hello, the full width slider on our homepage has been disabled as a result of wordpress update 4.0.1.
Please advise if there is a way I can send you a screenshot of the how the home page appeared before the wordpress update. This way you can have a better understanding of the issue.Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.November 25, 2014 at 6:54 am #357366Are you referring to LayerSlider?
Have you updated to the latest version of the enfold theme, which is 3.04? I have and am having the same problem as per https://kriesi.at/support/topic/layerslider-not-working-after-enfold-3-04-update/ Have you tried it in Internet explorer, firefox and chrome. I have found it works in IE, but not in firefox or chrome.

2 – In case you use some form of caching, flush all cached files.
3 – Go to your slider homepage and hit CTRL+F5 (clears your browser cache)
4 – Check whether the slider is working again.November 25, 2014 at 1:29 pm #357500Also check if you are using cloudflare, as some of it’s setting will affect layerslider.
November 25, 2014 at 1:38 pm #357503@lounge35: Point 2 (flush cached files) should cover any Cloudflare issues. Please see my reply on your Cloudflare post for more info on caching: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/layerslider-not-working-after-enfold-3-04-update/#post-357486
November 26, 2014 at 4:40 am #358134Hi!
Thank you for using Enfold.
@itmonitoring: I’m sorry but you’re using an old version of the theme, 3.0.2, which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0.1. Please download the latest version 3.0.4 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/The update should fix the slider and contact form issues but it will not change your theme options as long as you properly update the theme base on the document that we provided above.
@Ralph12 & @lounge35: Thanks for helping out!Best regards,
