I recently realised that for older pages on my site the wordpress revisions have just stopped, some as much as 5 months ago. I have it set to 5 revisions and it’s working for newer pages, but it’s just stopped on some of my pages, where there are only 3 revisions for examples. I disabled all the plugins and it still didn’t work. Bluehost have asked me to revert my theme to a default theme, remove all the plugins and try again and then report back, but I’m reluctant to do that as I’m a new user and I’m not comfortable changing themes as I don’t know what I might lose.
    Can you advise please?
    Thank you.

    Hey pattakay,

You won’t lose anything if you simply activate a different theme, and the same goes with disabling plugins. Please make sure that you have backups of your site before changing anything though, just to be on the safe side.

If you need further help from us, then please provide us with details in private, to where we can see and reproduce the problem you are having.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
