    Hi,

    Due to some theme bugs, i had to reset my WordPress website. I did not made a back-up, something went wrong. However, 7 days before i purchased a license. How can i connect it again to the same website? it says already expired, which i understand, but it is the same website?

    What should i do, to use the same code again for my website? i can provide the zip file.

    What do you mean by connecting it again to the website? If you want to create a private token or register the theme, please check the documentation below.

    thanks for replying!

    if i upload my themforest kriesi zip file to my wordpress ‘theme’ i get an error , saying this session has expired.
    i think because i used this license before to my website. However since i had to rest my hole website, i wish to use the same license..

    And i tried what you said above. i cannot install the plugin; i get an error. i did contacted my hosting provider because i think something i wrong with the backend of the website.

    But can you use the licesene twice? does the file nows to what domain it is/was connected?

    Hi,
    I believe the error you are seeing is because you are trying to upload the full theme zip file with documentation. In your Theme Forest account there are two zip files you can download for the theme, one is the full zip with documentation and the other is the Installable WordPress file only zip, please try this one instead.
    The license doesn’t know which domain you are using and is not locked to one domain, it only checks that you are using the license on one domain at a time.

    Hi Mike,

    thanks for replying. I did download the wordpress file. and I contacted my hosting provider. Cause something is wrong with my wordpress backend. I will try to fix that first. Then i can connect the private key with the plugin (envato market) and then i hope my theme is inside. I could not attached another zip file envato market as well, so something is going wrong.

    i will come back if it is still not working. Thank you.

    Hi,
    Please ask your web host if the PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled, this PHP setting is required to extract the zip file and some hosts don’t have it automatically enabled on PHP v8
