    Hi, I’m wondering if WordPress.org users of Enfold encounter problems with logging in as super admin even with the correct login info?

    If yes, have there been any plugins identified that could cause this?

    I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere else, and I can’t login to find and install new plugins because even if I reset my password and use the right case-sensitive info, it does not work.

    Hey prettyfish,

    You mean wordpress.com, right? We can’t help you out with login details unfortunately, since that is connected to your email/account. I haven’t heard of anyone having this problem before so I don’t think it’s theme related.
