I tried to import the files twice and I get an error (I attached the screenshot in the job thread in https://studio.envato.com/account/jobs/42789 ) and I can’t finish the process.
Can someone help? The person doing my upload is requesting from the theme developers an .xml file to try with the WordPress importer and see if it works.
Any ideas?

Are you working on a localhost? This issue with the demo import is a little erratic. Only happens on a few installation. Please refer to this link for a possible fix: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/import-demo-data/#post-436918
You can find the demo files in includes > admin > demo folder.
