…as far as i know.
i have set the Child Enfold Theme Favicon and i have also set the WP Appearance > Customize > Site Identity with the same square png.
i see my custom favicon for all pages and in macOS Safari, Firefox, Chrome.
and i see my custom favicon for all pages in iOS Safari EXCEPT the homepage, where it shows the default WordPress favicon.
that’s weird, right?!
i have gone in to my iPhone’s Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > and deleted it for this website; quit; restart; etc – doesn’t change anything.
i’ve even changed the graphic out and the new one shows up everwhere… again, except for the homepage of iOS Safari.
is it just my device?
thanks.
