I just purchased the Enfold theme and I am unable to upload it. I tried on a PC as well as a Mac, and I got the same message each time. It asks “Are you sure you want to do this?” The only option is to click on “Please try again.” When I did that, it installed the 2016 theme. I downloaded the files EXACTLY as you guys instructed. I am unsure how to move forward.

And the Mac I used is brand new.

    Hi,

Please try to clear your brower cache and reload a few times, that message should disappear after that and you should be able to try again. If you should need further help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

Congrats on your new Mac :-)

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Please also include ftp access, so we can check the files.

Why wont it work via the WordPress theme upload?

    Hi,

It should but some server configurations might not allow it, the max execution time might be exeeded for example. What error messages are you getting? You might want to contact your hosting provider to see if they can extend the max execution time.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
