WordPress Error Permission denied (13)

hi there,

I have bought two theme-enfolds templates and i’m receiving random errors on both of my websites.

I did a clean install on wordpress and a fresh install with the enfold folder. Deactivate plugins but still receiving this error.

It seems that the problem occurs not all the time but random…?…Sometimes i can not login and sometimes it’s visible on the website (when logged out of wordpress)

Do you have any suggestions?
