Hi
Speziell:
RenéOctober 20, 2025 at 12:49 pm #1490402Hey baiker,
Does the same error occur if you activate the parent theme?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 20, 2025 at 2:32 pm #1490405Hey Rikard
Thank you for fast response. I could try, but the problem is, the page is live and this error message you see in the privat content I get always just by email about all 24 hours. I don’t find it anywhere else in wordpress or so, so I would need to wait. If I use the parent theme, I could not use the page for at least 24 hours to wait for the E-Mail, the design is made by the child-theme.Anyway, it’s very strange I get this error by E-Mail. At the beginning, I was wondering, if it is spam. Have you heard about this tool from wordpress that sends messages like this?
Thanks for helping.
October 20, 2025 at 4:04 pm #1490409Hi,
That is core WordPress functionality to warn you about problems on your site.
You only need to activate the parent as long as it takes to reproduce the problem.

I use now the parent theme, and I need to wait if the E-Mail Message will sent to me again.Best regards
RenéOctober 21, 2025 at 6:29 pm #1490474Hi,
Thanks for the update. Is there no manual way of triggering it?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 21, 2025 at 8:49 pm #1490477No, unfortunately not.
October 22, 2025 at 11:29 am #1490503Hi
I got this morning the E-Mail again although using the parent theme, and it seems to me it’s the same error as before. I put the content of the email in Private Content again.
Best regards

October 23, 2025 at 10:35 am #1490541Hi,
Thanks for that. First off, please try to update to the latest version of the theme (7.1.3). If that doesn’t help, then please share server error logs with us as well.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 28, 2025 at 12:03 pm #1490651Update to 7.1.3 didn’t help. So, how can I share the server error logs with you? Do you need login to the hoster? Or is it the file in the folder “logs”?

October 28, 2025 at 12:45 pm #1490656Hi,
I’m not sure where your error logs are located, you can clarify that with your hosting provider or via their documentation. You can upload the files to your site or using a file sharing service.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 28, 2025 at 2:39 pm #1490664Please see privat content
October 28, 2025 at 8:45 pm #1490670Hi,
Thanks for that, but there are no files at all uploaded to the site which you gave us access to earlier.

RikardOctober 28, 2025 at 10:02 pm #1490671Hi,are you shure? I just logged in with the login data I gave you, and I see the files under “Medien” “Mediathek”. I put the complete File names and the login again into the privat content.
October 29, 2025 at 10:08 am #1490685Hi,
Thanks for that, I can see them now. I checked the logs but there is nothing about fatal error in there, do you have logs which only contains server errors maybe? If you don’t know where to get them, then your hosting provider should be able to help you out.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 29, 2025 at 5:09 pm #1490699I found an error_log in the root of the wordpress installation and uploaded it to the Mediathek. Maybe this helps?
I activated today in the hosters backend “log_errors”, maybe we need to wait till I get the E-Mail message again if you don’t find anything in the error_log?
October 29, 2025 at 7:16 pm #1490707Hi,
Thanks for that. I tried looking at the new file, but it gives me a 403 forbidden error unfortunately. You could upload the content to Pastebin instead for example.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 30, 2025 at 9:33 am #1490731ok, I will do that. But first, I wait for the next E-Mail by wordpress to see if there’s anything in the error logs and then I’ll send it to you.

Got today again the E-Mail from WordPress with the error message, so I looked for logs and error logs. You’ll find the link to download them in the Private Content. Hope, that helps.
Best regards
RenéNovember 3, 2025 at 8:11 am #1490876Hi,
Thanks for that. The log is identical to the error message that you posted in your original post, so there are no further clues to follow. What happen if you only deactivate the WP Cerber plugin? That is the only thing that I can see in the log which is not a core WordPress file.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 3, 2025 at 10:09 am #1490880I’ll try and will inform you, please keep the thread open.
best regards
