Hello.
I have this in the log. Do you know what could be the problem. I have WordPress 5.2.4, Enfold 4.6.3.1, and LayerSlider 6.9.2.[21-Nov-2019 05:11:26 UTC] WordPress database error Unknown column ‘group_id’ in ‘where clause’ for query

Please contact your hosting provider, they will be able to short this out for you.

OK, now I contacted the hosting, but they didn’t understand what is expected from them to do about this, and asked that you clarify what needs to be done.
Also I want to add that this error started after I updated to Enfold to 4.6.3.1 and LayerSlider to 6.9.2. So I am guessing that a new column was not made that is needed or something.

November 30, 2019 at 11:56 pm #1161512Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I am sending you admin access. Also I enabled debug mode (to log but not display), so now you can see the messages in the debug log (I sent a link).
Also I noticed that the error appears in the log when I visited the Layer Slider admin page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=layerslider

Do you have a backup of the web site? We would need to do some database maintenance and this might kill the hole web site.
