hi team, my host (ovh) messed with the linkage of my domain to my hosting address and something went wrong when i decided to manually change the address in wordpress after i already installed enfold. Can you tell me if i can re instal the theme after i reboot my wordpress into my database ?

Thank you for the inquiry.
Yes, you can reinstall the theme, but you might lose your current theme options. Be sure to export the theme options first from the Enfold > Import/Export panel so that you can import them back once you reinstall the theme. Also, don’t forget to create a site backup or restore point before proceeding just in case.

Ismaelhi Ismael , all good. yet i still dont understand how to import the demo file via FTP
i downloaded the zip file but have no clue in which folder i should put itn my ftp folders. do you know where to put it ?

Thank you for the update.
The screenshot is not available. Did you download the demo file? Extract its contents, then go to Dashboard > Tools > Import. Look for WordPress, click Install Now, and after installation, run the importer. Upload the demo XML files. Note that the demo images might not upload due to server restrictions on OVH. You can edit the pages and replace the images with your own.
