    Hello,
    I’m running the latest version of wordpress and enfold but I’m unable to access the backend? I’ve tried a clean install with no plugins etc and get the same problems? The backend crashes when I install enfold?

    Hi,

    You currently have 33 active plugins so I think issue might be plugin related. We would need to de-activate all plugins to test it however as I understood that is not going to be possible on your live site.

    Would it be possible for you to create a staging site where we can test? :)

    Hi,

    Could you please provide FTP and WP logins to dev server where we can see the issue? We basically just need to see the issue to figure out what is causing it :)

    The WP login page is not accessible 500 critical error but here the login detail below:

    Hi Nirvanaspa18,

    There is a Google Authenticator code field that will not allow us to login. Can you have that disabled for now?
