    “WordPress 5.4 is slated for release on March 31, 2020… “…

    I’m about to start a new project, wait for the new version or start with the old one …
    What would you recommend?

    I trust Enfold is being prepared for WordPress 5.4?

    Hi Venty,

    I think you should be able to start your project before the release of 5.4.


    @cindybird52    , we try to test the theme as much as possible with new WordPress releases, but we can’t guarantee that we will catch all bugs/problems. If there are any that is.

    Thanks for the update. You should be able to update everything normally before and after the release of WordPress 5.4.

    Hi all, WordPress 5.4 and Enfold do not work in Block Editor mode. It needs to be set to Classic Editor. I”m surprised this hasn’t been brought up yet. We have it on several sites and the issues are all the same. The Block Editor tries to override the ALE.

    Enfold team, need a fix pronto.
