The target release date for WordPress 4.5 is April 12, 2016, so plugin and theme developers still have weeks to add support https://make.wordpress.org/core/2016/03/22/implementing-selective-refresh-support-for-widgets/
Have you tried WordPress 4.5 with enfold?

i suspect – yes – because there is a bigger step on enfold update from 3.47 to 3.51 – but we will hear the mods on that
There’s a new update released today (3.5.2), try updating the theme and refresh a few times.

i have updated, but i found a conflict with Wordfence that i have reported in https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wordfence-wordpress-4-5-and-enfold-theme-broken/
Have you tested Enfold with Wordfence ?

We are sorry but we do not test with all those plugins.
Although the issue with WordFence is intrested so can u please also poke the Plugin developers, if they can help with it, while we also check it?Thanks a lot
