I have upgraded my ENFOLD website to WordPress 4.1
The mediaelement.js is now not working and looks ‘mixed up’. I have activated the TWENTY FIFTEEN theme and the mediaelement.js works OK so I am assuming it is an ENFOLD problem.
You can see the problem at http://harefieldchurch.org/media/recent-talks/December 19, 2014 at 2:27 am #370394Hey Barry!
Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately? I cannot reproduce the issue on my local installation.
Also, have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?Best regards,

I tried to login to the website but it is blank. Please check. I’m sure this is a plugin conflict. Please deactivate all plugins then test it on another browser.

IsmaelMay 5, 2015 at 8:45 pm #439990hi there!
I am having this same issue, i believe, on a site i now manage that was built by a previous dev.
here’s the hitch: the previous dev built a custom theme off of the initial Enfold install and did not make a child theme. so my guess is that when WP 4.1 came about (or Enfold 3.0) there was an update and something pooped the bed.
here is the url for the page in question: http://bd.bdpac.wpengine.com/data-room/ (hosted on WPengine)
as you can see the two audio players are all fakakta. any help you can offer with this issue would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

May 7, 2015 at 9:26 am #440839Hey!
I’m sorry but the site is using a very old version of the theme, 2.3.2, and if the previous developer modified anything on the core theme files, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to help with that. Please update the theme to 3.1.5. I’m afraid you will have to modify the theme again. Please use a child theme.
Cheers!
