Sorry I couldnt add to the last feed as it was closed.

After the update it worked for 45 mins this morning. Now the wheel of doom is back!!!

What now? I cant work on any pages.. or even disable the layout editor to use the classic version!

Is there someone who created this plugin we can speak to about this issue?

    Many thanks

you are on Version 2.9.2 of Enfold ?

This version will work proper on WP4

    Same issue.
WP 4.0 + Enfold 2.9.2 + Child Theme = Avia not functioning + Enfold Child Theme options not functioning + WordPress SEO not functioning + several other settings inaccessible.
    Please provide guidance asap.

    Hey!

Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.
If that does not work, please post the link to your websites

    Cheers!

Ok – conflicts in jquery versioning error calls found with these plugins:
    + *Anything* by Yoast
    + Comprehensive Google Map Plugin
    + Jetpack
Jetpack endeavours to solve this with a jquery migrate call. Which seems to allow WordPress SEO to load (with issues) but not the “Comprehensive Google Map Plugin”
Can you confirm that you are using the latest version call of jquery or offer any guidance as to how to resolve these conflicts?

    UPDATE:
    Found this:
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-breaks-visual-editor-in-wp-4
In summary, you can edit line 45 of the “Comprehensive Google Map Plugin” head.php to stop it failing completely and causing jquery call errors.

    Hi!

Thanks for sharing that solution, the problem is that the plugin isn’t compatible with WP 4.0 yet.

    Best regards,
    Josue

    Hi Josue,
Yes that does look like the issue. The deactivate/reactivate process fixed the Yoast and Jetpack plugins.
    Thanks,
    Tim
