    Hi

    I just updated to wordpress 4.0 all was working before the update.
    I deactivate enfold all works well.
    I can also visit the internal pages well
    I cant see the home page which was built on AVIA layout builder.
    And as soon as I load this page wordpress crashes and i think server restarts.

    So when i load internal normal post without AVIA home page ,,. all loads..
    But as soon as home page it breaks wordpress.

    Also since rite now i am working on staging server/development server I cant use the API and username to check updates.
    I can do this on live.
    OR can i use the username and API key on staging..
    and also use the same username and API on live when we move to live.
    We have not yet started work on live server at all.
    Please let me know how this work ?

    Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.2 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
    You can login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the latest version and update it manually

    I downgraded to 3.9.2

    And my client is fuming with this issue

    He is blaming our fsult.
    Please tell me what is issue.

    Don’t upgrade wp 4.0 till u solved this.

    N I will also need refund at later stage.
    If you can’t solve this issue

    Hey!

    Please create a testing environment with WordPress 4.0 and Enfold 3.0.2 installed and post admin login credentials to us. We have to see the issue to provide you a solution.
    WordPress 4.0 and Enfold 3.0.2 works perfectly for all users, it should work for you too. Have you tried deactivating all active plugins and checked if that helps as i suggested in my previous post? Also please make sure that all plugins are all up-to-date.

    1. Try enabling that only on desktop:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 767px) {
.responsive #top #wrap_all #header { position: fixed !important; }
}

    3. Add this to Quick CSS:

    ul#mobile-advanced {
    padding-top: 0;
}

    2, 4. That’s possible but it would require a heavy customization to the theme, unfortunately that’s beyond the scope of the support we can offer. If you really need it you would have to contact a developer from Envato Studio or Codeable.

    The advance layout builder is working fine when I checked it. There are thousand of Enfold users and only a few of them reported these kind of issues. Most of the issue occurs due to heavy customization.

    1.) Use this to fix the site on mobile:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.responsive #top #header {
position: fixed !important;
}

.responsive #top #main {
padding-top: 119px !important;
margin: 0;
}
}

    2.) Regarding the columns, looks like you’re using a third party plugin (Essential Grid). I’m sorry but we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. Please contact the plugin author.

    Unfortunately, the other requests or modification is more than what we can offer as a support team. These tasks are beyond the scope of support and is not a theme related issue. Please hire a freelance developer. For further modifications, please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress.

    Hey!

    I dont see why you have slimmed the look and feel of the parallax boxes.

    I didn’t edit anything on the page. Regarding the masonry element, can you please give us a link to the actual page where you’re using this? And the link to the page with the Special Heading issue. Screenshots explaining the issues will help.
