WordPress 4.2.4 automatically was installed by host. It has caused an issue with form submission and Javascript/cookie error.
Also, issues with the theme admin dashboard, where I am not able to update using the theme. I am currently running version 3.1.3 of Enfold. I try to do a manual check for new version, but the theme says it is current.
Additionally, I download an updated version of the theme from Themeforest so I can update the theme manually, but Themeforest says I have downloaded the theme too many times and I am no longer able to download the theme. So if the theme will not update using the license number through the theme dashboard and Themeforest says Enfold has been downloaded too many times – How does someone continue to update the site with current version of the theme???? Very dumb system.
August 5, 2015 at 2:48 pm #483369Hey!
Envato’s API had a issue for a short while maybe that is why your theme was not updated. If your API key is correct, it should work fine. Please contact Envato Support here – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Cheers!
YigitAugust 5, 2015 at 5:20 pm #483501In the admin dashboard, the Enfold theme lists the current version as 3.1.3 and will not update.
On my second Enfold site, it states the same thing. both sites have the correct purchase codes. The second site, purchase, will no longer let me download Enfold – too many downloads. This site needs requires the files be updated manually through SFTP.

– minor bug fix: updated documentation assetsAugust 5, 2015 at 5:21 pm #483503You did not give a response to the Forms issue with Javascript and Cookies? What is causing that problem?
August 6, 2015 at 8:55 am #483737Hi,
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardAugust 8, 2015 at 1:34 am #484728I had to update the theme manually to version 3.2.3, which fixed the javascript and cookie errors in the forms.
The update issue still exists. I need this problem fixed immediately. I cannot keep doing this manually.
The second site has to be updated manually and that license on Themeforest will not allow me to download anymore files.
This is ridiculous.
Theme forest/Envato has not responded to my messages.
August 10, 2015 at 11:48 am #485185Hi!
I am sure envato will answer you soon about this issue. Can you provide us admin access so we can check it? did you deactivate all plugins while testing?
Cheers!
