    I am trying to use WooSwatches Plugin for WooCommerce (https://codecanyon.net/item/wooswatches-woocommerce-color-or-image-variation-swatches/7444039?_ga=2.24346042.1667843146.1503520139-614867555.1425317585#).

    I am having a few issues. I cannot get the image/color to switch based on the variation, it does work fine when we switch this to one of the default WordPress Themes.

    On the quick view the color swatches are not available and can only be seen in a dropdown.

    Any thoughts on how to fix these issues?

    Sure provided in Private area. The product is called Patient Ninja (only product with color swatches. If you click on the quick view you will see the swatches do not show up and there is a dropdown instead. If you go to the normal single product view you will see if you click on XXL and Green (this variation we put in a new image to switch) it does not change.

    Have you contacted the plugin developer?
    At loading the product page, I can also see there is a functionality missing the images of the products open as images to a new popup?

    I did contact them and once we switched themes from Enfold to TwentySeventeen and everything worked fine they said to contact you guys.

    It is not working in the quick view or in the variation that is enabled as previously stated.

    Hi,

    The swatches are working. Please try to add the “Green XXL” variation to the cart. In the shop overview page, if you click on the color swatches, the color will be pre-selected as you can see in the color query.

    I do not think you understand the issue. Please reread the first post. The color variations are not changing the image after they are selected. They should change the image. Also the quick view is still an issue…

    I read through the post you send over but it does not seem there is any solution, is that correct? Or should it work? This only helps with one of the 2 problems I have as well. Could I get someone on support who can go through this with some detail? I have posted all details (2x’s now) and gave you wp-admin access. This has been with your support for over 2 weeks now with no good solution.

    Hi,

    For the variation images, please go to the Shop Options panel then set the “Product gallery” settings to the second option.

    UPDATE: We changed the gallery settings but the swatches are still not working. If works fine with the the default variation selection. Please contact the plugin author for more info.
