Over a longer period I have experienced an issue with Enfold when it comes to showing, if an update for Enfold is available.
In every installation, where WooCommerce/ WooCommerce Germanized/ WooCommerce Germanized Pro is active, Enfold always shows, that is is up-to-date.
However from other non-WooCommerce installations I know, that an update is available.
I just deactivated all of the above 3 plugins and ran the “check manually” update routine again and then the Enfold update was recognized/ shown.
Is this issue known?
There is no error thrown in the backend.
The issue exists for quite a while.
Hey mailworm,
I haven’t heard of that plugin causing conflicts with the automatic updates before, but it might be possible. It might be possible that there are settings on the server on the site where it’s not working which is blocking the updates as well. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL to a site where this is not working, so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hey Rikard,
pardon for the delay. I tried to roll-back one of the affected instances, but failed. So for the moment I do not have any instance where the described issue can be seen. I could drop you the requested credentials in this thread once a new Enfold update is available. Is this ok?
Regards,
Thomas
