Hello !
I have a problem with the widgets and woocommerce. When I put some woocommerce widget in sidebars (each sidebar) it doesn’t work.
What can I do ?
October 14, 2016 at 10:27 pm #699308For your information I put the maintenance mode.
I give you the login and password.
October 16, 2016 at 4:31 pm #699637Hi,
I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to do or what is not working, please try to explain a bit further. Also upgrade the account to admin rights.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 16, 2016 at 8:29 pm #699686Hi Rikard !
In the widget section I have add in ‘sidebar page’ or ‘displayed everywhere’ or an other one widget ‘woocommerce price filter’ or an other woocommerce widget. The problem is that those widgets don’t appear in the front end in each page those widgets don’t appear.
Is it more clear ?
Thanks !
October 18, 2016 at 6:39 am #700387Hi,
Thanks for the explanation though we can can’t access the widgets if you don’t upgrade the account, could you upgrade it to admin right please?

RikardOctober 19, 2016 at 10:16 am #701095Hi,
Done ! Thanks for your answer.
Can you check that everything is ok ?October 20, 2016 at 6:31 am #701649Hi,
Sorry but I still can’t see the Appearance menu so I still can’t check, I’m guessing the account is still not admin?
Thanks,
RikardOctober 20, 2016 at 6:36 am #701655Hi!
I’m sorry but the account is still not an administrator. Please go to the Users panel and set the account role to administrator so that we can check the dashboard settings. Note that the woocommerce widgets such as the price filter will only work for the page set as Shop Page in the Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display panel.
Cheers!

November 9, 2016 at 8:18 pm #710427Hi,
now it works for me.
Please deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyNovember 18, 2016 at 9:27 am #713892Andy,
I have already tried but didn’t succeed…Yes you can desactivate one or more plugins ))
November 18, 2016 at 2:19 pm #714013Hi,
it seems to me that there is a cache issue going on, as changes get not applied on your frontpage (when I try to set a sidebar for example). Please deactivate any caching you’re using (cloudflare included). Tell your host to deactivate any caching on your server.
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugin temporarily for testing purposes?

AndyNovember 19, 2016 at 12:42 am #714224Hi,
Ok you can try it to deactivate all plugin if sure there is no bug with it ))November 22, 2016 at 3:16 pm #715338Hi,
I don’t think this is a theme specific issue, but try to check by yourself by activating a default WP theme instead and let us know if you have the same result there or not.
Best regards,
AndyNovember 22, 2016 at 9:42 pm #715601Hi,
It’s strange I have seen that some widgets appear like last products seen but others don’t appear like the filter of price…
Thanks for your help
November 23, 2016 at 1:44 pm #715914Hi,
so if it’s not working for you with a default WP theme, then best to check with general WordPress support about it.
Best regards,
