    Hi there. Sometimes on the checkout page, our website visitors see an empty warning box at the top of the page when they click on the Submit button. Then they have to click it again to submit the order or sometimes it still doesn’t go through.

    Any ideas as to why this would be happening and if it could be related to the Enfold theme we are using? This seems to be a recent issue.

    Hey Mike,

    I tried to add a few products and it worked fine. I am not able to reproduce this issue please send us a screenshot or let us know if there is any way to reproduce this issue so we can take a closer look at this.

    Please make sure the theme and woocommerce plugin is updated to the most recent versions.

    Thanks for responding. Yes, our plugins are up to date and the Enfold theme.

    According to Woothemes, it’s a warning message. just not sure why its blank.

    I’ve attached a screen shot.

    Would their be a conflict with the current Enfold theme and latest version of Woocommerce?

    If you are able to re-produce the issue please right click and inspect the warning box and check if there is any warning message in the code. Also let us know if there is any way we can re-produce this issue. Which browser or os you are using so we can check in the same device and browser.

    The error occurred the other day in Firefox. Also I believe a coupon code was applied when it happened.

    when trying to open any of your websites I get this error message: “Sucuri WebSite Firewall – CloudProxy – Access Denied”

    Please check and let us know when we are able to browser your website without any restrictions.
