    I’ve updated the theme to the latest and WordPress to the latest but the problem still exists.

    Hey liziyang1110,

    Credentials did not work for me. Could you please update the credentials.
    The preloader seems to be activated and the cart page loaded fine. Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.
