    I de-activated everything and the still have the same problem.

    I can leave them switched off for 10 minutes if you would like to take a look.

    Hey!

    I installed “PrettyPhoto” plugin and it works fine. You can go to Enfold theme options and uncheck “Lightbox Modal Window” to disable built in lightbox

    Hey!

    try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    Not right now. There’s someone working on it and needs the plugins. We’ll try it over night and see if the lightbox will work.
