I have just updated Woocommerce to version 2.2.8 and all page content disappears – the header, logo, menu is there and background image in color section but nothing else. If I deactivate Woocommerce it all returns. There are no error messages, can’t figure out what’s going on.

    Hi envapk2!

Try deactivating all plugins except Woocommerce and make sure Enfold and WordPress are updated.

If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look. Make sure to mark your reply as private if including login information.

    Hey!

    Thank you for the info.

I’m not sure why contents being removed when you activate the plugin. Please delete WooCommerce from the plugins folder then get a fresh copy of the plugin. Upload it via FTP. There are script errors, maybe some files are corrupted or missing.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi!

It looks like it could be a problem with Woocommerce and your server. Try this out, http://docs.woothemes.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/.

I would go ahead and contact Woocommerce support if that does not help.

    Best regards,
    Elliott
