I just bought the enfold theme and it seems to have a problem with the image on single product pages, it’s all blurry. I saw some “fix” for this problem here, but I just want to know if the developers are gonna fix it. When I switch back to my old theme, it’s perfect, but when I’m using enfold, there’s this annoying bug. I tried to regenerate thumbnails (3000 images), spent almost one day to finish it and the problem remains. When you buy something, it’s supposed that it works fine, but it’s not happening. Sorry if I post it in the wrong place, but I can’t find any contact to talk directly to the developers. Thank you in advance.

Maybe this will help: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/Best regards,
MikeApril 8, 2017 at 10:54 pm #774729Hi @mike I believe it’s not a configuration problem, because when I enable the enfold theme and look at the apache error file, I can see some errors related to functions from the theme… for instance:
PHP Warning: Missing argument 4 for avia_woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail_description()

Basic Solution
Enhanced SolutionApril 9, 2017 at 12:25 am #774751Hello @mensmaximus, now it solved part of the problem, I’m not getting any PHP errors, but the product gallery seems to be displayed in a strange way.
If you can take a look https://www.todoespacoonline.com/w/shop/camiseta-13-reasons-why-masculina/
And found another problem, the scroll from the mouse is not working =(
April 9, 2017 at 12:31 am #774754@luizomf did you use the basic solution? Do you have by any chance a plugin installed to modify the gallery display? And scrolling by mouse wheel works fine.
April 9, 2017 at 12:46 am #774757No @mensmaximus, just quickly tested it with all plugins disabled
April 9, 2017 at 12:47 pm #774919@luizomf except that i see two images with same size (single-shop) all looks fine. And I see you at least have jetpack and a plugin from yith active. Those may influence the product image display.
April 9, 2017 at 2:23 pm #774954@mensmaximus, it’s working fine now, the only problem is the one you mentioned, I tried to disable all plugins, none of them are influencing in the gallery. I can’t find a solution for that unfortunatly. I appreciate your help =)
April 9, 2017 at 2:56 pm #774971I managed to fix the problem. Just deleted the theme and re-upload all files to the server. Now it seens to be working perfectly. I don’t know why, maybe some file was broken or something, but now it I don’t see any problem. Thanks for the help =)
