    I use a short code like [product_category category=”teddy-bear-soft-toys” columns=”4″ number=”12″] within a tex block in the layout builder. Changing the number from 12 to anything else doesn’t actually change the number of products returned. It is stuck at 12.

    Hey nychng,

    Can you try switching to default wordpress theme like twentyseventeen? and check if it works there.

    Hi,

    If it doesn`t work with the WordPress default theme, we know that this problem is with the plugin. You need to check the version and disable all of the other plugins to check any conflict.
