    The shopping cart on my website is not carrying over it’s items to the checkout process. It works fine when logged in, but not when used as guest.

    I’ve gone back and forth with their support, and we’ve gotten to a point where they’re now saying that it’s a theme issue.

    So far I’ve:

    -disabled all plugins except woocommerce
    -increased cookie expiration time
    -double checked that the server time was correct
    -made sure there wasn’t anything filtering the information with the host
    -removed any minified files

    Update:

    I disabled the WP Cronjobs plugin they had me use to prevent transients and session data from clogging up my CPU resources. Now products stay in the cart for about 30 seconds, and if I add a new product to the cart, the previous product is dropped.

    Hi,

    Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Make sure you are running the latest version of the theme, 3.3.2, and disable all plugins except WooCommerce for testing purposes.
