Hey Guys,
I’m using woocommerce with my Enfold theme to provide a shop and I am constantly having problems. Normally it says woocommerce is not installed and the whole shop is not showing. Now I deleted woocommerce and installed a new version. Bought a new Germanized pro and so on. Now everything seems to work, but when I open the webpage on my mobile device, it would not open the shop. And I have no idea, what else could be the problem, since there is no error showing.

Thanks for the login details. The shop page seems to be working as it should on my end, did you try checking in private browser window? If you should need further help, then please provide us with a screenshot highlighting the problem.

Thanks for checking. Did you try to open it on a mobile device? If you hit the Shop Button on a mobile device, it directs you to the home Page. So the shop doesn‘t open. There is nothing to Screenshot 😉Best,

That doesn’t happen on my end. There is no redirect on either mobile emulation using a regular browser, or on an actual mobile device. Please let us know how to reproduce the problem.

March 10, 2023 at 9:17 am #1400643Rikard, I have no idea what happened, but now it’s works also on my end. I had a customer calling me a few days ago, since it didn’t work… 🤷♀️ who knows…
