My woocommerce cart settings defaults to “ship to the billing address” but when I click ship to a different address it does not pull the shipping address I have in my account and just duplicates to the same billing address.

    Hey Jamie,

I have tried to access your dashboard and the credentials are wrong.

    Hi Jamie,

I could not see the editor menu in the Appearance. DO you have the header.php file in your child theme? If yes, you need to update it with the fresh copy from the parent theme.
As for the WooCommerce issue, you should write to the WooCommerce support forum as well.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

Thanks for the header.php suggestion, I’ll give that a try.

Were you able to reproduce the checkout address issue? I did submit this to WooCommerce, but it seems to only affect my Enfold sites.

    Hi Jamie,

Looks like I got a different address. Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us?

    Best regards,

It looks like the address is pulling in. I also received word from WooCommerce that it’s a bug that they are fixing in their next version.

For the Menu issue. I’ve removed the header.php file completely, but the hamburger is still showing up on desktop and not showing on mobile. I’ve added in a File Manager to the site so you can view the files. How do we get our menu back to normal with full text on the tablet/desktop and hamburger on mobile?

    Just a quick update:

For now, I got my CSS hack to over-ride the hamburger menu in desktop mode. However, it still does not show on mobile.
This isn’t something I can fix with Javascript or CSS, as the menu simply isn’t there at all, it isnt like it is hidden or something.

So the main question I have now is how can we get the menu showing up on mobile?

    Hi,

Please get a fresh copy of the layout.css file and update the header.php file in the child theme.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
