    Hi all

    We experience a strange behavior: all products just show itself as the related product. We used the enfold pagebuilder module to render those related products, all other settings are set to default. all products have categories, so basically I would have expected to see some products of the same category.

    Any idea why that is?

    Hi Jay,

    We apologize for the delayed response.
    Can you try to check if there plugins that may be causing the issue? you can use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to safely deactive plugins without affecting visitors and other users.
