    Hi,

    I’m using the woocoomerce, Produkt-Raster element and want to display the products sorted by newest to oldest. Within the Produkt-Raster config dialog im setting the option:

    WooCommerce Sorting Options: Sortiere nach Neuerscheing

    but the sorting directive is simple ignored.

    Any Idea how to force sorting within Product listing?

    Hey,

    Sorry for the late reply!

    Could you please post a link to your website where we can see the issue?
    Have you tried de-activating all active plugins except for WooCommerce and check if that helps?

    If it does not, please share WP admin logins here privately as well so we can look into it :)

    Hi Yigit,

    please close / update the request. The Produkt-Raster Element does seem to ignore listing directives – but if you set it to use the default sorting option set within the customizer it works. The downside of course is that all Produkt-Raster Element will use the same sorting … but that works for me at the moment.
