    Hi there,

    I’m having a big problem with WooCommerce products not loading. I’ve updated to Enfold 4.3, I’ve deactivated all other plugins, cleared the browser cache and still the products now won’t show. It just gets stuck on the preloader and infinitely spins. No error message, just forever loading without success.

    There was nothing wrong with the products showing up to a week ago. Can you please help?

    Sorry, I meant the product itself, not the shop page. When you click on the product it doesn’t load. Even when adding a new product, saving as a draft and trying to preview… the preview won’t load. The preloader just keeps spinning. The products themselves won’t load.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification. It looks like you are getting an error related to Stripe, please see private. I think you need to have an SSL certificate to run that.

    I am having the same issue. I just updated enfold from 2.6 to 3.3 and the fonts got big and when you click on the product image it opens a page with nothing but the header and that is for every product image i attempt to open.

    Same problem for me – catalogue page works fine, individual products show nothing at all.
