Hi,
I’ve just installed WooCommerce plugin and tested with a product. Unfortunately, the following 2 errors show at the product page:Warning: Missing argument 3 for avia_woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail_description() in (see private content) on line 1360
Warning: Missing argument 4 for avia_woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail_description() in (see private content) on line 1360
The product image is blurry as well.
Please assist in fixing this error, hopefully it’s fixable.
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for using our theme.
The login data does not work.
But you seem to have an old version of Enfold. Can you update to the newest version 4.2 https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and WooCommerce 3.2.3.
This should fix the problem.

I don’t want to update your site unless I know you have created backups of the site? If you want to update yourself you can simply go to Dashboard->Updates and select to update the theme there.

RikardNovember 13, 2017 at 12:44 pm #876089Hi Rikard, I am running a child theme version of enfold. I downloaded a copy of the public html folder on FTP. I have saved this locally. I logged into the dashboard and can see there is the option to update enfold from 3.8 to 4.2 , But before I do the update, I wanted to ask, is it possible for any customisations to be lost from my child theme? I am nervous that updating the parent enfold theme may still cause a loss of customisations on the child theme. Has anyone lost customisations of a child theme as a result of the parent theme being updated? Is there a way to check the setup of the child theme is correct on my site please before I undertake the update ? many thanks, Lisa
November 13, 2017 at 12:53 pm #876095Rikard would it be possible to do a patch instead to fix the product gallery, instead of a full theme update ?
November 14, 2017 at 5:38 am #876433Hi,
Your child theme customisations should be safe on updates, but to be sure then please make sure to have proper backups. If you are scared that something will go wrong then I would suggest that you copy the site to a staging- or local site and perform the updates there first.

RikardNovember 29, 2017 at 10:52 pm #883207HI Rikard, would it be possible to do a patch instead to fix the product gallery, instead of a full theme update ? I don’t mind if I have to pay you for additional coding to fix the gallery. The thing is I am nervous in case the theme update affects the website e.g. completely clears the content. If this happened I would have to restore a backup but this is a big interruption for the site. I am sure it only requires a small fix if you could take a look please? if there is additional cost please let me know.

I managed to successfully update the theme of the site without wiping out the child theme. No need for a patch. Thank you for your answers and help on this, LisaNovember 30, 2017 at 10:13 am #883307Hi,
