    Hi, I’m using a Woocommerce Shop with Enfold and I discovered that the product sorting bar isn’t working correctly (maybe only for me?). The most important is that I can sort by price. But this doesn’t work. How can I fix this?

    It seems to be working for me. Trying deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce and clear your browser’s cache and try again.

    If that does not help, could you please provide login details to your site, so that we can have a closer look. You can place the information in the Private Content section of your reply.

    I’ve tested it with Firefox, Safari and Chrome and it doesnt work. You can see it here e.g.: Shop. I created an account for you. Please dont change anything or (de)activate plugins before you have told me.

    You are using an old version of the theme, so please upgrade to Enfold 3.5.1 and let us know if you still need help afterwards.

    Yes, we offer support in german as well, however we recommend to use english, so every moderator can answer your questions.

    I updated the theme, but it still doesnt work. But I found a wrong setting in woocommerce settings, so it isn’t a problem with enfold. Thanks anyway!
