The individual product pages are missing components and I cannot edit/add a lot of the fields. The descriptions are gone from the editor (while it shows on the product page). There are no meta boxes, and I cannot change the featured image. I selectively and completely disabled plugins and found no difference.
May 26, 2016 at 6:37 am #638500Hey Tom,
there are some js errors showing up in console a plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayMay 26, 2016 at 1:52 pm #638697Yes, I deactivated and reactivated plugins, with caches disabled on my browser, one at a time before posting this and again after your reply. I see some of the meta boxes appearing for a second when the page loads if that helps to know.

May 27, 2016 at 5:56 pm #639433Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyMay 27, 2016 at 6:08 pm #639437Hi Andy,
I engaged some support for this because there was a time sensitive need. I thought I had sent this privately, but apparently this did not go through.
When I checked plug-ins I neglected to look at the Advanced LayerSlider as that does not reside with the other plugins and simply overlooked it. It is out of date and we’ll be addressing this shortly.
I feel confident that this is where the problem is because the issue began when I reinstalled an old slider.

If that did the trick, here’s the culprit:It looks like the Layerslider element of Enfold was deregistering jQuery to include an alternate version from the Google CDN. But the way it was enqueing the alternate version made it so that jQuery loaded *after* WordPress tried to load its core scripts. So that was causing downstream javascript errors.
I fixed things by going into the advanced LayerSlider settings and turned off “Use Google CDN version of jQuery”.
The top of that LayerSlider settings page says there’s a newer version, but I don’t know how to update it since it’s a bundled version. It looks like that’s on Enfold to fix:

Is this fixed? I guess it is because we can’t access the dashboard any more. If you need additional assistance, please reactivate the user so that we can inspect the site again.
