    Hi,

    So after I did the update I had a problem that turned into a double fold problem.

    My main problem: nothing displays on my product page except for the text I put into the main body for a product description.

    The secondary problem, when the product content was viewable, it was showing additional text from a demo package that I couldn’t get rid of.

    So first, when we can get my products displaying again, then we can address the secondary problem.

    Hi, Here’s the link to the problem page and all needed info.

    As you will see, when you look on the shop page, the artwork shows fine, but once clicked, non of the necessary content shows up.

    Hey!

    There is a new version coming out. Please do update and le us know if the issue is been solved.
    Always remember to clear your cache, before moving forward with the checkings.

    I am having a similar problem after the 3.4.5 update. I can no longer select from the filter beside “Which entries?” in the product grid.

    Hi,
    I’ve done the update version (3.4.5) this AM and cleared my cache, but still having the same issue.

    Hey!

    try to deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

    Hi Andy,

    You have my permission to turn off any plugins yourself. As of right now, I have the 3.4.6 update, but I’m still encountering the same problem.

    I deactivated all but WooCommerce, no change. All product content is still missing.

    Hi, just wanted to touch base on resolving my shop problem.

    The update and other steps you suggested didn’t resolve the content display for my products.

    Hi All,

    I want to make sure this issue is still being addressed. I have no shop to sell products because of this problem, which is a huge problem given the time of year with the holiday season.

    Please get back ASAP.

    Hi!

    refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.

    I checked link in private content but even though I am logged in as admin, I get a WordPress Error when trying to open it. Can you provide us a precise link please? so we can see your problem?

    Hey!

    You will have to add all elements manually if you use the advance layout builder for products or posts. It will automatically remove all default elements such as the product image, description, tabs etc. The builder enables you to build the content from scratch. If you don’t want to add the contents manually, please use the default editor.
