Hello Enfold,
How can I display the price of a product (and preferably also the product name) whilst using the Layout Builder?
Is there a shortcake I can use?
Ideally I would like to look like this one…

adjust the WooCommerce Plugin’s settings as needed, to show the product price.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have no clue where I can do this… The price displays perfectly if I do not use the Layout builder… But with the layout builder the product name and price disappears…
June 29, 2016 at 3:31 pm #654887Hey!
We do not have a shortcode builder for ALB at least for now.
You will have most probably to use a third party plugin to do what you aim to, as that is not possible with a simple edit. Please let us know if we can do anything else for oyu.
Cheers!
BasilisJune 29, 2016 at 3:33 pm #654890so you are telling me that a product page on Enfold can’t display a product price? – How did you achieve this on the demo then?
June 29, 2016 at 9:12 pm #655003Hey Basilis,
I suspect something else is going on. Looking at your demo (http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview) I can see a price.
Then I did a new installation with the same demo content (http://test.kreatif.co.za/product/red-velvet/) and no price is showing up… same issue as on my the site I am working on.Any idea what’s going on there?
June 29, 2016 at 9:56 pm #655014sorry to bother, but I just figured out that it works when you put a variation on sale!
July 1, 2016 at 11:27 am #655660Hi,
link you have provided (http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview) does not really refer to the page you want to refer. Remove Frame on the upper right corner of this page to get the correct link.
Did you try to do it with WordPress’ default editor instead?
Best regards,
AndyJuly 1, 2016 at 12:01 pm #655689Hello Andy,
my apologies for this… here is the correct link: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-shop/product/red-velvet/
As you can see, the difference between your demo and my install its that yours shows the price just above the add to cart button and mine doesn’t.
The same is happening on my beach shack site…I initially assumed that I needed to add the price via a shortcake (hence this thread). However I now discovered that this is somehow related to a bug… and a setting that I can’t find.
However, I found a workaround: If I discount the product – the price does show (once you made a selection). http://thebeachshack.co.uk.dedi59.flk1.host-h.net/shop/kikoi-scarves/
July 1, 2016 at 12:15 pm #655703Hi,
not sure what you mean, cause as soon as you choose the color the price gets shown on your website:

AndyJuly 1, 2016 at 12:18 pm #655706yes on this specific product it works, because I discounted one item. try any other product on the site and the price doesn’t show
July 1, 2016 at 1:57 pm #655766Hi,
update your WooCommerce plugin version. Deactivate all other plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes, to check which one is causing this issue.
Best regards,
