WooCommerce Pages not working properly on mobile devices

Hi,

I have a huge problem. I have the latest versions of Enfold and WordPress, but the last version of WooCommerce before 3.0, because 3.0 crashes almost the whole shop system that is based on created but not template pages.

So I have my shop system based on /shop/ (whereas default is /test-shop/ as set by some mod here) and /xyz-online-shop/.
/shop/ is with a 301 set to /xyz-online-shop/ but not available via mobile devices.

I now fear that some changes made in Enfold won’t accept the subcategories as they are not part of the template shop but of the personalized shop created with advanced layout architect.

Please find the credentials below.

Edit:
I just cleared the cache with FTP, because with w3t caching plugin it didn’t work.
Now the page appears on mobile again. But how can I prevent this from happening again?
