We have received 20 orders, but only some display on the orders page. The number of orders increases, but the order detail does not display. Am at my wits end! Have updated all plugins and also deactivated and reactivated all plugins (except WooCommerce). Have also noticed that some customers (not all) display as users > customers. There does not seem to be a reason why some display and some do not – all are paying via credit card (PayFast). Have asked WooCommerce for help and given them a login but so far no joy and the days are dragging by.

By default only 20 orders, posts, pages, etc etc, display on a page in the dashboard. You can click on page 2 to view the next set of orders or click on “Screen Options” in the top right hand corner of your screen and increase the 20 value to 200 or whatever you need.
In the future it would be best to contact Woocommerce about these types of questions as Enfold does not change any of it’s functionality.

ElliottOnly 6 of the 20 are displaying – that is the problem. There is no next to click to. Have tried WooCommerce and given them a login more than a week ago, and am still waiting for help. We are only aware of some orders because of the payment confirmation. The number of orders increases, but the information about the order does not display.

What happens in the default theme? You could send us a WordPress login and we can take a look but I would press Woocommerce support more about the issue as it seems to be related to the plugin.
