Hi,
We have kept only On-checkout registration enabled. What is happening, when someone select a single product and checkout everything works perfectly or if a logged in user select 2 or more products and checkout, everything works perfectly for them too but if a not-logged user select 2 or more products and checkout, the process works perfectly until checkout page but on checkout thank you page the products details disappear and also no decrease in stock happens and nor in order the products are added.

November 7, 2017 at 4:37 am #873518Hi,
We are very sorry for the late response.
Could you provide a link to the actual products? And please provide a temporary account so that we can test the checkout process.
Best regards,

November 10, 2017 at 5:59 am #874996Hi,
Is it OK if we deactivate the “Coming Soon” plugin? We need to test the checkout process as a guest.
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 11, 2017 at 3:34 am #875420Hello Ismael,
Yes sure, you can deactivate “Coming Soon” plugin for testing. But please make sure you activate the plugin again when done with the testing.
Many Thanks
Adnan
November 13, 2017 at 5:34 am #875946Hi,
I was able to reproduce the issue but I’m not sure what’s causing it yet. However, it’s not happening on my own installation. See screenshot.
Did you modify any files in the theme? Do you remember adjusting any settings or modifications?
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 13, 2017 at 10:46 am #876017@mschon1 the community can’t help if you do not supply any information about your installation, like plugins used, version numbers of plugins and url to website. I am pretty sure you have plugin conflict. Disable all plugins except woocommerce and test again. If it works enable one plugin after an other and test it again after each plugin activation. As soon as it stops working you know which plugin ist causing the issue.
November 13, 2017 at 10:50 pm #876344Hello Ismael,
Actually the strange part is that a single product checkout will work properly, also if a logged in user checkout with 2 or more products it works perfectly but it a not logged-in user select 2 or more products it won’t work.
On the theme, I added a lot of codes in functions-enfold.php file only and added some customization into CSS panel of the theme settings, that’s it. But I made a lot of changes and customization into Woocommerce in “templates” & “includes” folders files to make things work for me my way.
Awaiting your response.

November 13, 2017 at 11:03 pm #876354Hello Mensmaximus,
I tried de-activating all the plugins but the system is still generating the same issue.
Actually, i have already provided the website link and login credentials to the moderators to check into the error. Also, i attached the screenshots for others to view and understand the issue so they can help.
Can you view the screenshots? If you can help.
Thanks
Adnan
November 14, 2017 at 8:18 am #876489Hi,
Could you deactivate or disable those modifications temporarily? What template files did you modify?
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 16, 2017 at 4:28 am #877344Hello Ismael.
I resolved the issue. It was some customization causing the issue.
Thanks
Adnan
