I am trying to use the Woocommerce Memberships plugin, but when it is activated I lose the ‘kitchen sink’ option in the Text Editor and cannot access the second line of editors tools. Woothemes says Enfold is doing something non-standard with TinyMCE. Ideas?
I see that Andy responded to another thread that Enfold is compatible with Woothemes plugins for Woocommerce. That is definitely not the case for Woocommerce Memberships.
Ideas for a fix?
November 26, 2015 at 9:09 am #542915Hey scarlettr8,
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Thanks,
RikardNovember 26, 2015 at 7:28 pm #543359I have gone through the process of deactivated every plugin except Memberships. Still no luck.
November 26, 2015 at 9:47 pm #543396Hey!
I have checked and I see there is an incompatibility issue with that plugin.
NOt sure where it is comming from, although. Have woothemes given any more details, so we can check further the issue?Cheers!
BasilisNovember 26, 2015 at 10:47 pm #543431No, Woothemes is crazy slow responding. No details from them yet. Counting on you guys to be stars and figure it out…thanks! I’ll send any info I get from Woothemes. I’ve used this same Memberships plugin on a dozen sites (not using Enfold) and never run into this incompatibility.
December 1, 2015 at 3:14 pm #545246Hey!
Lets try do some testing.
Add the following to your wp-config.php file and let me know if it works after:define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);
Cheers!
BasilisDecember 1, 2015 at 8:14 pm #545545No, that didn’t work. I’m happy to do as much testing as you can think of to resolve this. Thanks.

I am trying to check any other solution, but I can not find anything else.

BasilisDecember 16, 2015 at 8:53 pm #553967Is there no solution to this problem?

January 27, 2016 at 5:38 am #572577Hi!
We would like to access the site but the link above leads us to a 404 page. Please check. Note that we don’t or can’t provide support for third party extensions as stated on our support policy. If possible, please keep in touch with the plugin author and tell them to point us to the “non-standard” code or whatever it is that is causing the issue. It will help a lot.

IsmaelJanuary 27, 2016 at 5:47 am #572584Basilis, November 25, 2015, already admitted he can replicate the problem. I’m still waiting for the solution. The problem exists when no other plugins are active—please read all of the notes. New login attached, same user and pw.
January 27, 2016 at 11:28 am #572750Hi!
are we allowed to deactivate all other plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes for testing purposes?
Regards,
AndyJanuary 27, 2016 at 8:34 pm #573233Yes, but if you read the notes you’ll see Basilis already tried that in November.
January 27, 2016 at 9:22 pm #573259Hi!
Scarlett, our support policy is to keep trying fix issues with third party plugins as less as possible and try not to deal with those issues.
Until November, has WooSupport helped you at all? We really need their input, so we can maximize our efforts.Regards,
BasilisJanuary 27, 2016 at 9:57 pm #573285You specifically advertised that Enfold is compatible with Memberships, so it’s your responsibility to make sure that’s true.
WooThemes sold back in May and they are so behind in support it’s pretty much non-existent. I bought Enfold because it stated it was compatible with Memberships. I use Memberships on many other sites, different themes, so I know it’s Enfold not Memberships.
I appreciate it’s difficult, but I have a huge site developed with Enfold and can’t change themes now, otherwise I certainly would.
Thanks for continuing to work on it.
January 28, 2016 at 12:15 pm #573659Hey!
we advertise that Enfold is compatible with WooCommerce plugin, which is totally true. Where do you see saying that it’s compatible especially with Memberships plugin?
Thanks for being patient.
Best regards,
Andy -
