    Hi,

    if i click on the product image in my single product page the image just open in browser window without lightbox effect.

    My you can take a look and could tell me what’s wrong

    yes i tried both options.

    Hi,

    Thanks for coming back.

    It seems, that the lightbox is not enabled, because I do not see classes that should be added by the lightbox on your site. Therefore the image opens in the browser window.

    Can you try to disable all plugins except WC and check (do not forget to clear browser and server cache).

    If you could create us an admin account we can have a look in your backend and check.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. The lightbox is not working because of the product gallery filters in the functions.php. We removed those filters. Please remove browser cache or hard refresh before checking the page.

    Could you tell me wich filters in wich funtion.php (child or normal) – for the future if a have the same problem with another shop.

    Hi,

    We removed the filter that enables the new woocommerce product gallery. You don’t need to add the filter manually because you can enable it in the Enfold > Shop Options > Product gallery settings. Choose the second option.
