Something strange is happening with WooCommerce. They layout has grid lines behind it, and the font is rendering in courier. It looked fine up until a few hours ago. I have not changed any of the CSS for the shop, and I think it is theme related. I deactivated/reactivated, still no luck. Any ideas?

Thank you for using Enfold.
Did you use the woocommerce shortcode? There is a < pre> tag enclosing the woocommerce container.

IsmaelNovember 11, 2014 at 9:16 pm #349673Thanks. I went to the checkout page, and it looks like the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode was set there in place by default when I turned the store on. How do I remove the
? I changed the layout on the page url posted above; but now when testing the order, I receive the same background grid/code issue that was showing up before.
November 12, 2014 at 10:25 pm #350404I’m not sure why it cut off on my comment above; please disregard.
Here is a preview of what is happening once a user completes the transaction: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9taf41voqufjo0m/Sunbear%20Spa%20error%20Checkout.png?dl=0
I can see that the ‘pre’ is creating the issue. I’m using the default checkout page that came with the plugin and haven’t edited anything that would add the ‘pre’ code. How do I remove this ‘pre’ code from the checkout page?
November 13, 2014 at 9:54 pm #350926Hi!
Try viewing all of the pages that Woocommerce created when you activated the plugin and then try switching to the Text editor instead of the Visual editor and remove the pre tags that way. WordPress will add them when you paste code into the Visual editor.

Have you tried switching to the default theme to see if it happens there as well?
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete the theme before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. It’s most likely a setting or a plugin so I would try contacting Woocommerce support, https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us.
