Hi Guy,
i have the following issue:
Suddenly my website fullabasto.com went down (blank page). After contacting my hosting provider I git told that there is an issue with the plugins. When renaming the folder the site appeared. When i revert the name of the plugins folder all plugins appeared as not activated. When I start activating them one by one to see where the issue is i got the message:
Fullabasto.com is currently unable to handle this request HTTP Error 500This is a reply I got from Woocommerce:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4 (to visit this article)I have followed the steps in the article:
• Revert to twentyfifteen theme and woocommerced worked
• I updated my current theme to the latest version and still get that problem.February 15, 2017 at 6:46 am #747294Hey dbideaz,
Thanks for the login details. Your site seems to be functional now, what plugin is causing the 500 server error?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 15, 2017 at 12:30 pm #747437The plugin causing the error is WooCommerece. I did try to revert to twentyfifteen theme and activate the pluging and it worked. The moment i revert back to enfold theme and activate the woocemmerce it gives me the error. I have latest version of Enfold and Woocommerce.
the error started when i was using a previous version of Enfold, thats why i did the update.
Woo Commerce(latest version) worked for a while with the previous enfold version.
February 16, 2017 at 7:18 am #747807Hi,
Ok, thanks for the info. I see that you have a couple of more WooCommerce related plugins, did you activate them as well or only WooCommerce? Are we allowed to try to activate plugins for testing purposes?
Best regards,

I started testing all plugins one by one and the WooCommerce is the one that gives me the error only
February 17, 2017 at 4:54 am #748208Hi,
Ok, thanks for the feedback. Could you try completely removing WooCommerce and then installing it again? Also, are we allowed to activate plugins on your site for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 17, 2017 at 11:07 am #748327Hi Rikard,
you can go ahead and test the activation of the other plugins. I have activated them one by one and all work correctly with the theme.
I am worried if I delete woo commerce and install it again I will loose all my products?!
February 21, 2017 at 7:13 pm #750113Hi,
you won’t lose your products, as they are stored inside your database. However, make sure to have a backup.
Best regards,
Andy -
