    Hi I am getting an error half way down the page when I try and update products meaning we can’t change the description.

    I have tried disabling plugins individually but it had ne effect.
    Could it be the Enfold theme causing it?

    Hi Rob,

    You can check if it’s theme related by activating one of the default themes, and try the same thing when that is active.

    If you need further help, then please let us know how to reproduce the problem. Also please check the account you sent to us, as it’s not possible to access the WordPress backend with it.

    Thanks but you can close it. I found the problem in a Woocommerce plugin.
