In the Checkout page the fields “Email adress” & “Phone” are not selectable and can not bi filled. This leads to not being able to make purchases online. It is urgent to resolve it.
I checked already:
-Custom CSS – it is not the reason

I switched to Enfold, the fields are selectable and can be edited. The other issue is that some fields clear on focus and these do not, but they do work.
Please, clear the cache and check again.If you need further assistance please let us know.

The problem exists in Mobile View. It is still present, people can not chose nor fill the forms of email and phone and can not make purchases.
P.S. I cleared cache and did checks, i am sure that this is an issue with a theme.

If you can not even try to resolve this problem, I will request to return my money on the Themeforest site and leave a corrisponding feedback. Your theme is amazing, but it is worthless if such a small problem can not be fixed in weeks.
I am sorry, but my client is not as patient as me…
